Account Manager
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage the post-sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, managing customer retention, and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- You will ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and will develop relationships within your assigned territory/account list
- Manage the long-term health of our customer base and identify areas of risk and ensure retention
- Make daily strategic calls to locations aligned with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto Groups and inside sales reps account lists
- Proactively call key accounts in scheduled areas of professional service traveler visits to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts
Skills
- Must have 1+ years of experience in software sales
- Ability to travel 25% across the US
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- College Degree preferred
- Industry experience in car rental, dealership, or travel preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
