  • Collect premium payments, verify transaction details, and reconcile accounts.
  • Validate and update phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email addresses during each contact.
  • Return all phone messages promptly, demonstrating respect for the customer’s time.
  • Stay current on new product offerings, policy updates, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional, empathetic service that reflects arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.

  • Self‑starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to multitask, follow through on assignments, and follow up with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related office environment (not required but advantageous).
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) – a distinct plus that enhances service to a diverse client base.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially eAgent or similar policy management systems.
  • Basic understanding of insurance terminology, policy structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a remote setting.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
