The Remote Customer Service Representative is the front line of arenaflex’s commitment to exceptional service. You will be the trusted voice that guides employees through intricate HR and financial matters, ensuring they receive accurate information, timely resolutions, and a sense of reassurance. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from employees, providing clear answers, education, and solutions for complex HR and financial issues, including health‑care benefits, 401(k) savings, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and payroll inquiries.
  • Process critical transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct‑deposit updates, 401(k) withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, often requiring additional research and case management.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems and external platforms simultaneously, guiding callers through digital tools while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed records in arenaflex’s secure database, ensuring all interactions are documented for future reference and compliance.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors and internal specialists to research, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries, delivering a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team to improve processes, knowledge bases, and self‑service resources.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution‑focused demeanor, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a call‑center environment, preferably within HR, benefits, or financial services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HR, finance, or customer service is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume inbound call traffic while maintaining composure and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations, including data entry, navigation of multiple screens, and use of CRM or case‑management tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving processes, policies, and technology platforms.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and data security standards in all interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.50 to $16.00, commensurate with experience, education, and performance. This role follows a First Shift schedule, with work hours spanning from 8 AM to 11 PM to accommodate a variety of time zones and personal preferences.
