Position Overview

In this full‑time, remote position you will:

  • Enter, verify, and maintain patient and prescription data across arenaflex’s proprietary pharmacy management systems.
  • Support clinical programs such as medication therapy management (MTM), immunization services, and payer‑pharma adherence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and external healthcare partners to resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance with FDA, state, and local regulations.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement projects that streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance the patient experience.
  • Provide timely, accurate information to internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted data steward.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Accuracy

  • Perform direct data entry of prescription orders, patient profiles, and clinical documentation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct routine audits of medication records to identify and correct inconsistencies, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other privacy standards.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacy regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices.

Clinical Program Support

  • Assist with the execution of MTM programs, vaccination administration tracking, and payer‑pharma adherence projects.
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to gather required documentation for specialty programs and specialty drug monitoring.
  • Provide data‑driven insights that help improve program outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Financial & Operational Performance

  • Support revenue‑cycle initiatives by ensuring accurate capture of billing codes, reimbursement data, and pharmacy performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and increase overall pharmacy profitability.

Stakeholder Communication & Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal pharmacy staff and external partners regarding data‑related inquiries.
  • Deliver clear, concise explanations of data processes and compliance requirements to both clinical and non‑clinical audiences.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Current pharmacy license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the state of residence, as required by arenaflex’s operational standards.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling confidential health information, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
