Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, outbound outreach, and digital inquiries (chat, email) in Spanish while adhering to arenaflex’s quality standards.
  • Capture and verify prospect information—including name, address, phone, email, vehicle of interest, and source—accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge on current vehicle line‑ups, performance specifications, and available options.
  • Diagnose consumer needs by asking targeted CRM and product questions, then recommend appropriate models or services.
  • Generate price quotes, equipment packages, and financing options tailored to each customer’s preferences.
  • Locate authorized dealers using arenaflex’s dealer‑allocation rules and facilitate warm transfers when necessary.
  • Guide customers through brand websites, helping them navigate features, specifications, and promotional content.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior specialists while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Deliver goodwill gestures—such as complimentary services or promotional offers—within client‑defined guidelines.
  • Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to confirm receipt of purchased items, answer lingering questions, and invite customers to brand events.
