[Remote] Instructional Designer II

They are seeking an Instructional Designer II to develop high-impact sales training content, manage enablement operations, and measure program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to develop high-impact sales training content grounded in real AM workflows
- Author, edit, and review enablement content ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Manage project level enablement operations — maintain system hygiene, track certifications, update learning repositories, and manage translation and version control processes
- Measure program effectiveness using sales performance data, learner feedback, and adoption analytics; synthesize insights to drive continuous improvement
- Support virtual and live facilitation where needed, fostering interactive learning, peer exchange, and the practical application of selling skills
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning Design, or Sales Training, ideally with exposure to direct selling or AM roles
- Formal education, certification, or training in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Learning Experience Design and the ability to create programs that drive skill application and behavior change
- Proven success building or facilitating sales training for expansion-focused teams
- Strong project management skills, capable of organizing multiple initiatives concurrently
- Language fluency (read, write, speak, and review content) in at least one of the following: Spanish (LATAM), German, French (European), Japanese, or Taiwanese
- Ability to adapt content and facilitation styles for culturally diverse or region-specific audiences
- Experience using learning analytics or performance metrics to evaluate and iterate on program effectiveness
- Proficiency with learning design tools and systems, such as Rise, Seismic, Articulate, Captivate, or Figma, and presentation tools like Google Slides
- Excellent communicator with presence and credibility among sales audiences
- Background in GTM or revenue enablement within high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Experience as a former Account Manager or client success professional
