[Remote] Regional Director of Operations (RDO)

Complete Care Management Inc. is a leading provider of post-acute care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. They are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to oversee a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities across Delaware and West Virginia, ensuring operational performance, quality outcomes, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to Licensed Nursing Home Administrators and facility leadership teams throughout the region
- Drive operational performance, quality outcomes, census growth, workforce stability, and financial success across assigned facilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, policies, and standards
- Partner with clinical, finance, human resources, reimbursement, and compliance teams to achieve organizational goals and operational efficiencies
- Analyze facility performance metrics and implement action plans to improve quality measures, survey outcomes, labor management, and profitability
- Conduct regular on-site visits to support administrators, monitor progress, and ensure accountability
- Lead recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning efforts for facility leadership positions
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, resident-centered care, and continuous improvement
- Support facilities during surveys, audits, regulatory reviews, and operational challenges
- Serve as the primary liaison between regional operations and corporate leadership
Skills
- Active DE or WV Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
- Ability to obtain and maintain WV, DE, MD Nursing Home Administrator licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required
- Minimum of five (5) years of multi-facility leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care operations
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance, financial outcomes, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality metrics
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing long-term care operations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, labor reports, and operational data to drive performance improvements
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Delaware and West Virginia. This is a field-based leadership position
- Master's degree preferred
