[Remote] Real Estate Agent Recruiter

The role involves engaging with both new and experienced real estate professionals to demonstrate how the brokerage can enhance their productivity and profitability, all while providing full training and a proven recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Introduce Realtors to a fast growing real estate brokerage
- Inbound agent recruiting efforts (no cold calling)
- Contact potential Real Estate Agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team
- Explain our value proposition over zoom to Agents, showing how we can help them sell more homes and achieve work-life balance
- Schedule and hold potential agent recruitment appointments and maintain recruiting records as needed
Skills
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain pipeline
- Present yourself and our brokerage in a way that exudes class and confidence
