[Remote] Software Engineer, AI Agents
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform that empowers marketing teams with data and AI to drive business growth. They are seeking a product-minded AI Engineer who will rapidly prototype and architect production LLM pipelines, focusing on integrating AI into data and marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Quickly iterating and developing proofs of concept (POCs) to explore the maximum potential of integrating AI into data and marketing workflows
- Making key decisions about the choice of AI architecture and frameworks
- Building production data agents that can make use of a company's data to seamlessly answer analytics and data science questions about their users and marketing efforts
- Developing a deep understanding of user workflows to create seamless AI-assisted user experiences
Skills
- Strong customer and product thinking
- Ability to be highly creative with LLM applications
- Ability to rapidly prototype and architect production LLM pipelines
- Strong technical skills, particularly in backend architecture
- Product intuition for understanding and executing projects from start to finish
- Experience with LLMs and AI
