[Remote] Account Manager - Revenue

Excel™ is a rapidly growing company specializing in digital advertising and performance marketing, connecting consumers with insurance brands. They are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry, focusing on revenue growth and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring robust monthly and yearly revenue growth
- Track and optimize key KPIs, including: Lead to Sales conversion rate, Policy sales CPA, Lead volume and spend growth
- Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and present data-driven insights
- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies, driving consistent YoY partner spend increase
- Collaborate with internal marketing team to enhance lead distribution and lead performance
Skills
- 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation
- Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment
- Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple accounts and projects
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and reporting
