[Remote] Vice President of Retail Operations

They are seeking a Vice President of Retail Operations to leverage retail experience in building relationships with retail organizations and guide the development of AI solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with relevant retail organizations
• Start conversations using our AI tools (full training provided)
• Show how STOREE.AI fits their specific reality
• Guide the process, or hand it over to our core team when needed
• Influence product direction - you’ll be our retail lens inside the company

Skills

• Understanding of how retail really works - people, pressure, execution, and decision-making
• Ability to understand the real needs of a retail organization
• Ability to help shape the right AI manager for each chain
• Ability to speak retail language, not buzzwords
• Ability to guide conversations with credibility and depth
• Experience in building relationships with relevant retail organizations
• Experience in guiding the process or handing it over to a core team when needed
• Ability to influence product direction as a retail lens inside the company
• Experience as a senior retail leader, including store, district, and regional managers, or HQ leaders in operations, HR, training, VM, CX, or retail excellence
• Experience leading retail teams
