[Remote] Sales Development Representative - Education Services

TPAPT is a national nonprofit association focused on educational services, and they are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to manage potential clients' journeys. The role involves engaging with families interested in educational services and contributing to the mission of providing individualized support to students in need.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, oversee, and conduct outbound outreach
- Engage potential students and families through various communication channels (phone, email, social media)
- Schedule consultations to evaluate needs and promote our educational services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities within our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback from prospects to help improve service offerings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of prior experience in sales, within the education sector
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 10 hours per week of availability
- Proficiency in general Education CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and exceed expectations
