[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

TalentStack Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth retail commerce technology business seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across North America. The role involves owning the full enterprise sales cycle and engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and position solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, discovery, commercial negotiation, and close
- Engage senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, Digital, and Retail leadership teams
- Take a consultative, value-led sales approach focused on understanding operational and commercial challenges before positioning solutions
- Contribute market intelligence, competitive insight, and strategic account feedback into the wider GTM organisation
Skills
- 5–7+ years enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience in quota-carrying closing roles
- Proven ability running complex enterprise sales cycles independently within lean environments
- Executive presence and confidence engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Strong ownership mentality with a proactive, self-sufficient approach to pipeline generation and deal execution
- Comfortable operating within longer sales cycles and strategic enterprise motions
- Experience selling into retail, commerce, customer experience, or adjacent sectors beneficial but not essential
