[Remote] Sourcing and Recruiting Lead

Vetcove is a fast-growing company modernizing the veterinary software industry, supporting over 25,000 hospitals across the U.S. They are looking for a Sourcing and Recruiting Lead to drive their recruiting strategy, partner with leadership, and enhance the candidate experience. The role involves building proactive sourcing pipelines, optimizing recruiting processes, and contributing to employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our recruiting strategy across all teams
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand needs and design targeted hiring plans
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates
• Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health and performance
• Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms)
• Champion the candidate experience, from first touch to offer close
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate our presence in the technical talent market

Skills

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
• Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
• Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity
