The firm seeks real estate partners or groups who have a portable book of business and are interested in a platform that provides institutional support and cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
- Commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use)
- Real estate finance (construction, bridge, mezzanine, private credit)
- Private equity and REIT transactions
- Development, land use, and zoning
- Distressed real estate, restructurings, and workouts
- Environmental, regulatory, and entitlement matters
Skills
- A portable book of business
- Practices in commercial real estate, finance, development, PE, or leasing
- Interest in a platform that provides real institutional support and cross-selling
