[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls
- Assist members with health plan information and enrollments
- Complete outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Support members through chat interactions
- Document customer interactions accurately
- De-escalate concerns and provide excellent customer service
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare or Medicaid experience preferred but not required
