[Remote] Director of Digital Growth

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Warren Rupp, Inc. is looking for a Director of Digital Growth to lead the strategy and development of their digital platforms and e-commerce initiatives. This role is responsible for driving digital revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and managing cross-functional collaboration to support commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital growth and e commerce strategy, with a clear roadmap tied to revenue, conversion, and customer experience outcomes
• Own the vision and evolution of our digital platforms, including website, portals, and e commerce capabilities
• Develop and optimize end to end customer journeys, using data and insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure digital platforms support commercial workflows, content strategy, and channel needs
• Establish and track KPIs; continuously test, learn, and optimize performance
• Build business cases for new digital capabilities and manage execution with cross functional teams
• Lead and develop a small team and external partners focused on digital experience and growth
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future digital investments

Skills

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in digital growth, e‑commerce, or digital product leadership, preferably in B2B or industrial manufacturing
• Proven success launching or scaling B2B e‑commerce and digital platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Experience working cross‑functionally in complex organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Experience supporting distributor or hybrid go‑to‑market models
• Global business exposure
