[Remote] UKG Pro / Dimensions Implementation Project Manager - REMOTE - 254755

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Medix Technology is currently seeking a UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation Project Manager for a long-term consulting opportunity. This role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to optimize and re-implement UKG Pro WFM for a healthcare organization, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful onboarding of staff to the newly optimized system.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end to end project lifecycle to optimize and even re-implement UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) for a healthcare organization of ~17,000 total employees
• Leading the process optimization, executive alignment, and tailored change management aspects for UKG Dimensions
• Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT and Operations to identify pain points from the
• Act as the primary point of contact to oversee and lead the external UKG implementation consultants and technical teams, ensuring accountability and adherence to delivery timelines
• Proactively managing the project scope, tracking dependencies, mitigating risks, and clearing roadblocks related to configuration, data migration, and testing
• Working closely with change management and training leads to ensure the clinical and administrative staff are successfully onboarded to the newly optimized system

Skills

• Must have 8-10+ total years experience, with a minimum of 5 as an ERP Implementation Project Manager
• Seeking subject matter expertise in UKG Dimensions / WFM
• Must have led at least one successful UKG implementation in the last 3 years
• Healthcare / Health System experience is highly preferred
• Candidates must be eligible to work for Medix directly on a W2 or 1099 basis, without the need for visa sponsorship now, or in the future
