[Remote] Industrial Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NAM Info Inc is seeking an Industrial Analytics Engineer/Lead to support their manufacturing analytics and process optimization efforts. The role involves capacity modeling, labor and cost modeling, and utilizing data analytics tools to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Capacity modeling (OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis)
• Labor and cost modeling (COGS, LOH, ROI/NPV/IRR)
• Manufacturing analytics & process optimization
• Simulation tools (FlexSim / AnyLogic / Simio)
• Data analytics: Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• PFEP and material flow modeling
• Scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and forecasting
• AI/ML-based analytics (preferred)

Skills

• Capacity modeling (OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis)
• Labor and cost modeling (COGS, LOH, ROI/NPV/IRR)
• Manufacturing analytics & process optimization
• Simulation tools (FlexSim / AnyLogic / Simio)

• 7+ years in industrial engineering analytics/ manufacturing modeling
• Experience building end-to-end IE models (capacity + labor + cost)
• Strong exposure to factory operations, throughput optimization, and cost analysis
• Experience with business case development and financial modeling
• Hands-on work integrating shop-floor data, MES, and analytics systems
• AI/ML-based analytics
