[Remote] Marketing Operations Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MDRN Capital is a modern, fast-growing wealth management firm building its marketing function at serious scale. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the marketing automation platform, lead lifecycle, and reporting infrastructure while ensuring operational rigor in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• The marketing automation platform (Pardot (Marketing Cloud)): build, govern, and optimize nurtures, campaigns, and lifecycle flows
• The full lead lifecycle — capture, routing, scoring, and handoff to SDRs
• Marketing–Salesforce integration and data integrity, partnering closely with our Salesforce team
• Attribution and reporting infrastructure: conversions tracking, UTM governance, and our marketing data pipeline into BigQuery/Tableau
• Funnel performance: surface drop-off, diagnose conversion gaps, and recommend fixes backed by data
• Martech stack and vendor management, with a point of view on what we adopt, retire, and integrate next
• Operations that hold up in a regulated environment — building with FINRA/SEC recordkeeping and compliance in mind

Skills

• 5–8 years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or revenue operations, including time owning a platform end-to-end
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform (Pardot strongly preferred); fluency with lead routing, integration, and attribution tooling (Chili Piper, Zapier, Calendly, or equivalents)
• A systems thinker who can architect and document process, not just execute tasks
• Comfortable operating autonomously and setting priorities in a build-from-scratch environment
• Data-driven, able to translate funnel metrics into clear recommendations for leadership
• Operations that hold up in a regulated environment — building with FINRA/SEC recordkeeping and compliance in mind
• Financial services or other regulated-industry experience is a strong plus
