[Remote] Federal Program Manager – DoD Environmental & Infrastructure Services

The Federal Program Manager will lead business development and manage client relationships while overseeing project execution to ensure client satisfaction and program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a strong client relationship and grows the work we are doing in support of the key missions
- Markets Weston capabilities to the client organization
- Develops and writes proposals and presentations to clients with support from others
- Understands Clients emerging needs and projects
- Identifies, develops, and closes on new sales opportunities to achieve individual, team and organizations sales objectives
- Responsible for the final quality and delivery of reports such as status reports, technical reports, and other reports required of the program
- Keeps the client abreast of new developments and changes in the scope and/or timetable of the program
- Maintains Weston's reputation by ensuring professional, technical, and ethical standards is upheld by all program staff in dealing with clients, agencies, and subcontractors
- Forecasts the client’s needs and communicates those to the Company to ensure we are prepared to respond to them
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience (Federal Program Management; 5-10 years' environmental and infrastructure program experience)
- Knowledge of AF/Army/Navy environmental and facility programs
- Experience managing projects in remote and/or austere environments
- Experience demonstrates a progressive increase in supervisory accountability and authority for client relationships, client accounts, projects, programs, people, and budgets
- Experience as a Project Manager or Business Development Manager for DOD executing agencies delivering environmental and infrastructure services at both CONUS and OCONUS locations
- Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, codes, and guidance
- Professional Registration and/or Certifications desired (engineer, architect, or discipline related to construction)
- In lieu of Professional Registration, a master's degree from an accredited school in technical field such as engineering, architecture, construction management or other related field including a Master of Business Administration or Engineering Management
