[Remote] Project Manager (Q2C)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Glotel, Inc. is assisting a client with a major merger and acquisition by seeking a Part-Time Project Manager to support a Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementation initiative. The role will involve managing project schedules, overseeing multiple projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Q2C-related initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, coordination, and delivery of Q2C-related initiatives
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects in a complex M&A environment
- Support translation and integration of billing systems and processes
- Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders on design, development, integration, testing, and QA
- Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned to business requirements
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies
- Understand and communicate technical concepts including billing, provisioning, and operational workflows
Skills
- Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) initiatives as a Project Manager OR Extensive experience leading billing systems implementations
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to work up to 30 hours per week across 5 days
- Strong understanding of billing systems, order management, or revenue operations
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Q2C: 1 year (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or related field
- PMP certification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting M&A or large transformation efforts
- Experience with CPQ, ERP, or billing platforms
