[Remote] Product Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support their Professional Services and Data solutions by developing effective messaging and sales materials to engage key buyer personas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal and external evangelist for your product line, delivering high-energy presentations and thought leadership of your assigned solution
- Develop the annual product marketing plan for their respective persona across all relevant ModMed products and services
- Ushers relevant product and services launches for their persona through the concept-to-market process (product idea to launch), working with the ELT team, to review, approve, and ensure ongoing organizational launch readiness
- Develop messaging and positioning that highlights specific, tangible benefits and clear technical differentiation that sets ModMed apart from the competition
- Develops compelling sales enablement materials: website content, blog posts, white papers, webinars, videos, slide decks, and data sheets. Partners with sales enablement to deliver training
- Crafts and continually refines the story to unlock the potential of our products and services, helping our customers deliver better care to their patients through our solutions
- Leads the ongoing updates of competitor info, including battlecard updates, for competitors unique to their persona. Feeds competitive insights into the cross-specialty, cross-persona battlecards
- Identify key trends, market drivers, and customer requirements for products and services across specialties, serving as a subject-matter expert and sharing this information with the sales and product teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) product marketing with a proven track record of success in mid-sized to large organizations (preferably $400M+ revenue or PE-backed) where you have managed product marketing at a national or global scale
- Experience in a B2B environment with high-tech SaaS products/services in healthcare is required
- Deep understanding of structured product marketing frameworks (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) with an emphasis on execution over theory
- Ability to provide a portfolio of original writing samples that demonstrate your ability to simplify complex technical or clinical topics for a professional audience
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- MBA preferred
- Certification(s) from Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Institute (preferred)
- Prefer local talent in South Florida for a hybrid work schedule at our Boca Raton, FL headquarters. We are open to considering non-local candidates with health-tech product marketing experience who can travel domestically up to 15% and are willing to work during eastern business hours
