[Remote] Data Analyst II

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to provide analytic data to support their annual sales planning. The role involves converting raw data into actionable business information and tracking metrics to ensure business performance aligns with predefined success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic data to support our annual sales planning including quota planning, go-to-market modeling, capacity modeling and optimization
• Convert raw data into well-presented and useful business information that drives business decisions
• Drive standards of performance and specific activities that align with the predefined success criteria for the sales organization; track and report on these activities to ensure outcomes are on track/met
• Track regularly the metrics on general business performance, average discounts, non-standard exceptions etc, recommend action items for improvement

Skills

• Excellent analytical skills (5-7 years of experience) with strong attention to detail, experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred; Salesforce preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel & Tableau & SQL
• Advanced skillsets with Tableau dashboarding, or LookerStudio dashboarding
• Experience with Google's G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides)
• Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in statistics, analytics, or finance preferred
