[Remote] Sales Director

This high-impact role focuses on winning new business and driving revenue growth across skincare, haircare, and cosmetics categories.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new business across personal care and beauty
- Build and execute a robust commercial strategy focused on new client acquisition
- Develop relationships with: Indie and challenger brands; Established beauty players
- Lead the full sales cycle: Prospecting → pitching → negotiation → contract close
- Partner closely with R&D, operations, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Drive revenue growth against ambitious targets
Skills
- Proven “hunter” sales leader — not an account manager profile
- Strong track record of winning new business in personal care contract manufacturing (essential)
- Established network across beauty brands, retailers, or founders
- Highly commercial, resilient, and results-driven
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Deep understanding of formulation and product development processes
- Deep understanding of manufacturing capabilities and limitations
- Deep understanding of commercial models (MOQs, pricing, margins)
