[Remote] Recruiter

They are seeking a Recruiter who will collaborate with hiring managers to develop proactive staffing strategies and lead recruitment efforts to ensure a strong cultural and competency fit for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to analyze attrition rates, evaluate new business initiatives, and forecast retirement replacements to map out proactive staffing strategies
• Lead structured intake sessions with hiring managers to establish robust recruitment plans, set clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and align on expectations
• Proactively source candidates, leverage behavioral interview techniques, review credentials, and utilize behavioral assessments to ensure candidates are an ideal cultural and competency fit
• Formulate equitable salary offers, secure hiring manager approvals, and expertly extend comprehensive offer packages

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent of professional experience
• Proficiency utilizing internet vehicles, advanced search engines, job boards, social networking tools, blogs, and email marketing to discover passive talent
• Microsoft Office Suite, and cutting-edge AI sourcing tools
• Prior talent acquisition experience within a Healthcare environment
• Holding an active PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a major plus
