Responsibilities
- Go-to-market strategy
- Demand generation & pipeline creation
- Founder-led marketing systems
- Growth experiments & revenue-driving campaigns
- Outbound + warm intro outreach
- Messaging & positioning that gets us meetings
- SEO and inbound, once outbound is working
Skills
- You've built B2B pipeline before, and helped close it
- You understand how service businesses sell and close deals
- You think in revenue, pipeline, CAC, and conversion, not impressions
- You execute, not just strategize
- You thrive in ambiguity and early-stage chaos
- You want ownership
- Bonus if you're in North America, especially San Francisco Bay Area or NYC
