[Remote] Warehouse Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is looking for an ambitious, hands-on leader to join their team as a Warehouse Operations Manager in Portland, ME. In this role, you will lead daily operations, develop team members, and ensure safe and efficient performance across all warehouse activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff across shifts, providing coaching, direction, and support
- Oversee timecards, attendance, and payroll accuracy while partnering with HR on issues
- Drive onboarding, training, and retraining efforts in partnership with HR and Safety
- Lead daily huddles focused on safety, KPIs, and operational priorities
- Plan and execute daily warehouse operations while aligning labor to volume
Skills
- Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage competing demands
- Experience with WMS and handheld scanning systems
- Solid understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
