[Remote] Incentive Operations Specialist (Deal Desk / Deal Execution)-$135/hr
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trilyon, Inc. is seeking an Incentive Operations Specialist to manage and execute incentive programs and deal-related operations. This role will ensure accurate payouts and compliance, acting as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to facilitate seamless deal processing and incentive calculations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end incentive operations including commission calculations, payout validation, and dispute resolution
- Work closely with the Deal Desk to review and validate deal structures, pricing approvals, and incentive eligibility
- Ensure accuracy of sales incentive plans, quotas, SPIFFs, and bonus programs
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Deal Desk teams to resolve deal discrepancies
- Analyze deal data and incentive outcomes to identify errors, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Maintain governance over incentive policies and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Support monthly/quarterly close activities related to incentives and commissions
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and audit trails for incentive tracking
- Handle escalations related to deal approvals, pricing exceptions, and payout disputes
Skills
- Experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk
- Strong understanding of deal lifecycle: pricing, approvals, discounting, and contract structure
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
- Familiarity with incentive tools (Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ or similar) is a plus
- Ability to interpret complex deal structures and translate them into incentive outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume transactional data
- Prior Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Incentive Compensation experience in SaaS or enterprise tech environments
- Exposure to revenue recognition concepts and pricing governance
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
