[Remote] Healthcare Regulatory Attorney (Remote Contract Engagement)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Latitude Legal is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Attorney for a remote contract engagement with an AmLaw 100 global law firm client. The role requires expertise in healthcare regulatory frameworks and involves legal research and writing, as well as navigating sub-regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience
• Experience with Medicaid, facility licensing and change of ownership, provider licensure and scope of practice, and the corporate practice of medicine
• Excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as experience navigating sub-regulatory guidance such as board opinions, FAQs, and other interpretive documents
• Prior experience working in a full-service law firm or sophisticated boutique firm is preferred
• Outstanding references
