[Remote] Recruiter 3
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TALENT Software Services is seeking a Recruiter 3 to source technical talent and drive stakeholder relationships. The role involves offer negotiations and participation in team meetings to improve sourcing strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing technical talent (Full Stack Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, etc.)
- Drive stakeholder relationships (intake meetings, weekly check-ins, gathering feedback, offer negotiations)
- Offer negotiations with candidates (partner with Compensation, HMs, HR, candidate expectations)
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings (call out gaps, areas for improvement, drive solutions that impact the broader team)
Skills
- Passive and Strategic Sourcing abilities (Boolean search, LinkedIn, where does talent 'live', etc)
- Communication skills (clear outreaches, strong engagement, ability to manage stakeholders)
- Technical Fluency - Ability to screen technical talent for hard skills and culture fit
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite or equivalent
- Data analysis (how to build sourcing strategy based on data, conversion metrics)
- Industry awareness (talent trends, market trends)
- Critical eye for process improvements and driving solutions
- College degree preferred
