[Remote] Account Executive, Expansion
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Breezeway is an award-winning property operations and experience platform that aids in managing property care tasks for short-term rental managers and hospitality operators. They are seeking an Account Executive (Expansion) to drive growth by selling additional products to existing clients, enhancing product adoption and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Connect with existing Breezeway clients to uncover challenges that could be solved by additional Breezeway products
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars
- Partner with Sales and Client Experience to determine a strategic sales approach, and identify and land key opportunities within our existing client base
- Strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutions
- Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Breezeway in the market
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a sourcing, account management, or closing software sales role
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
- General technical proficiency with software
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
- Able to work in a fast-paced, intrapreneurial, and collaborative environment
- Curious, passionate, and a continuous learner
- Autonomous, creative, and flexible
- Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
