[Remote] Senior Sales Operations Specialist

They are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support their global Sales organization by managing complex accounts, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer and sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of sales operations processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional meetings, drive alignment, and manage escalations with a solution-oriented mindset
- Influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and vendor teams to drive business outcomes
- Partner with Sales leadership on complex deals, strategic accounts, and operational decision-making
- Lead the development and analysis of strategic proposals for complex sales opportunities
- Own and manage deal registrations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and vendor alignment
- Drive the quoting process across vendors and distributors, navigating complex pricing structures
- Manage key vendor relationships to support sales execution and maximize opportunity success
- Oversee customer relationships to support pipeline growth, revenue, and long-term profitability
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through responsiveness, ownership, and issue resolution
- Serve as a key resource for Salesforce, including troubleshooting, user support, and data integrity oversight
- Lead and participate in UAT efforts for system enhancements, ensuring successful implementation
- Maintain high standards of CRM accuracy, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Identify opportunities to optimize CRM workflows and support system enhancements
- Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle for complex deals, ensuring timely execution and delivery coordination
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve workflows and reduce risk
- Maintain and evolve sales documentation, templates, and SOPs
- Develop and deliver sales performance reporting, dashboards, and forecasting support
- Partner with leadership to provide insights that inform business decisions
- Support recruiting operations reporting and broader business initiatives as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across global teams and time zones
Skills
- 5+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in a technology, IT, or global organization
- Proven experience managing complex accounts, deals, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong ability to lead meetings, manage escalations, and drive stakeholder alignment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, troubleshooting, and data governance
- Deep understanding of sales processes, deal cycles, and pipeline management
- Experience with quoting, deal registration, and vendor/distributor coordination
- Demonstrated process improvement mindset with ability to optimize workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones (PST shift required)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to operate independently while influencing without authority
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
