[Remote] Sales Service Representative (Vietnamese/English Speaking)

They are seeking a motivated Sales Service Representative (Vietnamese-Speaking) to engage with prospective clients, guiding them through the debt resolution process and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services and available solutions
- Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their financial circumstances and needs
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on each client's situation
- Conduct timely follow-up with leads generated through various channels
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing leads when necessary
- Maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales process
- Ensure every client receives a professional and supportive experience
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system
- Track follow-up activities, conversations, and client progress
- Ensure data integrity and proper documentation of all communications
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals
- Share client feedback and insights to improve processes and customer experience
- Stay informed about company offerings, industry trends, and service updates
Skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or a client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong active listening and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and related technology
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic when discussing sensitive financial situations
- Financial services experience is preferred but not required
