They are seeking a detail-oriented Paraplanner to support financial advisors by preparing financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring accurate, compliant client documentation. This is a part-time, fully remote role ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work and collaboration in a fast-paced financial planning environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and support comprehensive financial plans and client recommendations
- Analyze client data (income, assets, liabilities, cash flow)
- Research investment, retirement, and insurance products
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with account updates and paperwork
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors on ongoing plan reviews
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial planning software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CFP® preferred but not required
