[Remote] Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform, supporting various teams and ensuring data quality while providing user support and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
• Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
• Create and manage automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools
• Ensure data quality through data governance, audits, cleansing, and deduplication efforts
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
• Manage integrations with third-party applications
• Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices

Skills

• 2–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Strong reporting and dashboard development skills
• Experience with Salesforce Flow automation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced Administrator Certification
• Platform App Builder Certification
• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or integrations
• Experience supporting sales organizations
