[Remote] Epic Resolute PB Or HB Analyst

Odyssey Information Services is seeking an Epic Resolute PB Analyst to support Epic Professional Billing applications and revenue cycle workflows. This role involves implementations, maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting, and operational improvements within a healthcare IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Epic Professional Billing applications, revenue cycle workflows, and system optimization efforts
- Support implementations, maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational improvements
Skills
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification, Accreditation, or Proficiency required
- 2+ years of Epic application implementation and/or support experience
- Strong knowledge of Epic Resolute PB workflows and revenue cycle operations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Epic Claims/Remittance Administration certification preferred
- Experience with Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, and SlicerDicer preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of PB credits, workqueues, charge router, and Epic security is a plus
