[Remote] Business Development Coordinator (Telemarketer)

They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to make outbound calls, book appointments for sales representatives, and maintain client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients using a script provided by the company
- Identify potential clients and tailor your approach to meet their needs and preferences
- Handle objections and rejections effectively, professionally, and positively
- Introduce the company, explain its services to the potential client positively, and be enthusiastic about saving for post-secondary
- Qualify the potential client to ensure they are a good fit for the services offered by the company
- Schedule appointments with qualified potential clients based on their availability and the availability of the sales team
- Confirm appointments with potential clients and provide them with any necessary information about the company or the appointment
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and appointments scheduled using the company's CRM and other tools
- Meet daily or weekly appointment booking targets set by the company
Skills
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and confident manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily or weekly appointment booking targets
- Experience using CRM platforms and other sales tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High energy and confidence
