Recruiting Coordinator
Chicago Trading Company (CTC) is a premier proprietary trading firm specializing in options market making. CTC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team, focusing on driving recruiting execution across campus and lateral hiring while ensuring a professional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling and logistics end-to-end for campus and experienced hire candidates across multiple business lines
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience that reflects CTC's brand
- Partner with recruiters on pipeline management, requisition tracking, and reporting to keep searches moving efficiently and firm leadership apprised of search progress
- Drive campus recruiting logistics including info sessions, career fairs, and on-campus events — serving as an extension of the recruiting team in those environments
- Maintain relationships with university contacts, student organizations, and career centers
- Ensure ATS data integrity and generate recruiting metrics that inform team decisions
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding handoffs
- Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements as the TA function evolves
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience; financial services exposure a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation in a professional role, internship, or personal project. You should have a genuine passion for using these skills to strengthen the employer brand within campus recruiting and firmwide rebranding efforts
- Professional and proactive — someone who anticipates needs rather than waits to be directed
- Campus recruiting coordination experience
- Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting (ATS)
- Experience with scheduling software tools (e.g. ModernLoop, Goodtime, Guide, etc.)
