Customer Service Administrator - Part time
AJ Bell is a fast-growing investment platform business in the financial services industry. They are seeking part-time Customer Service Administrators to provide excellent service to customers, handling requests, financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer requests
- Handling financial transactions
- Producing letters and emails
- Working efficiently with our internal systems
- Maintaining accurate records on our databases
- Resolving customer queries via phone and email
Skills
- You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Excellent numerical ability
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills, including experience working with Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised
- A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced financial services environment
- An interest in delivering excellent customer service
