[Remote] Restaurant Launch Assistant - Dutch Speaking

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Deliveroo is on a mission to transform shopping and eating experiences, and they are seeking a Restaurant Launch Assistant to support their European SMB hub. In this role, you will act as the primary guide for new restaurant partners, ensuring a seamless onboarding process as they transition onto the Deliveroo platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Onboarding: Act as the primary guide for new restaurants, helping them get set up and fully prepared to start taking their first orders
• Deliver High-Touch Service: Use your communication and problem-solving skills to answer partner questions and provide exceptional support during the onboarding journey
• Own the Phone: Manage a high volume of calls, maintaining a strong presence while helping partners navigate the technical and operational steps of joining Deliveroo
• Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a flawless "handover" for every new partner
• Hit Ambitious KPIs: Develop and maintain daily call plans to meet challenging targets while ensuring no partner is left behind

Skills

• Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent in Flemish/Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• Communication & Confidence: A strong phone presence and the confidence to make regular outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers
• IT Literacy: Comfortable using internal systems and CRM tools to keep partner information accurate and up to date
• Resilience: The ability to work to tight turnaround times and navigate complex requests with empathy and professionalism
• Team Spirit: A collaborative approach—being a positive influence and someone others genuinely enjoy working with
• Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or technical support role
• A passion for the food-tech industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
