They are seeking a Client Advisor specializing in Life Insurance and Business Protection, who will work directly with clients to assess their insurance needs and develop personalized solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to assess their insurance needs
- Educate clients on suitable options
- Develop personalized solutions to protect clients' businesses and families
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Advise on life insurance and business protection strategies
- Grow and manage your book of business with support from training and mentorship programs
Skills
- Strong background in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn the fundamentals of the Insurance industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience to overcome challenges
- A license in life insurance (or willingness to obtain one) is required
- Experience in sales, finance, or other client-facing roles is advantageous
