The Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, and speaking on their behalf on their social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with existing leads and clients (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet your targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
No Previous Experience Required

Compensation and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development: + Training Stage: $150-$300 + Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
