Key Responsibilities & Duties

Administrative Support: Manage professional calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries for department leads.

Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital records, and generate weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and internal airline databases.

Communication Management: Filter and respond to high volumes of emails, ensuring that internal inquiries are directed to the correct departments.

Document Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread professional presentations, spreadsheets, and corporate memos.

Project Assistance: Assist project managers by tracking deadlines, organizing digital files, and ensuring team milestones are met.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or customer coordination role is preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor degree is a plus).

Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with CRM tools.
