Our client, a well-established full-service law firm in Louisiana, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with civil law experience to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload with a focus on civil matters, including courtroom exposure
- Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and trial proceedings
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Louisiana
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Trial or courtroom experience is a strong plus

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$150,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Bonus Structure
- Billable requirement: 1600 hours
- Hourly bonuses
