About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout their purchasing journey. In this role, you will assist customers with order inquiries, product questions, shipping updates, returns, and general support requests. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
