What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Office Assistant & Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will be diverse, challenging, and rewarding:

  • Customer Communication Management – Serve as the first point of contact for customers by professionally answering incoming calls, forwarding messages to the appropriate team members, and confirming customer work orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution – Engage with customers daily to address a wide range of inquiries, including appointment scheduling, service-related concerns, billing questions, and general account information.   • Daily Accounting and Bookkeeping Duties – Execute a variety of accounting tasks, including processing billing, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the company's financial health.
