We are seeking a Temporary AP Finance Integration Administrator to support a fast-growing power and energy company as they streamline financial processes and enhance system integrations. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity to help support during a new system integration.
About the Role
This temporary engagement will support the finance team in maintaining accurate accounts payable records, assisting with system integrations, and improving operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance or accounting professional looking to expand their experience with financial systems, process improvement, and ERP platforms. What You'll Be Doing
- Processing and entering incoming invoices into NetSuite from AP and finance inboxes
- Assisting with accurate and timely recording of accounts payable transactions
- Supporting the administration and implementation of FiSpan (JPMorgan's NetSuite integration tool)
- Working within Ramp to support vendor and expense management processes
- Performing transaction reviews and helping identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Utilizing Excel for tracking, reporting, reconciliations, and data management
- Assisting with NetSuite-related projects and day-to-day finance operations
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support finance system enhancements and integrations
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, finance operations, or ERP administration
- Experience working with NetSuite is a MUST have
- Strong Excel skills, including data organization and reporting
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Available to work Eastern Time Zone hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM, no overtime)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with FiSpan (JPMorgan's NetSuite add-in)
- Familiarity with Ramp
- Exposure to financial system integrations or ERP implementations
- Experience in the power, energy, infrastructure, or related industries
Compensation $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience. Apply To This Job
