What You'll Do in This Role

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist working from home, you will be the voice and digital touchpoint for customers reaching out to our client brands.   • Handling Inbound Customer Interactions: Receive and respond to incoming customer calls using a structured call flow guide, ensuring each interaction follows brand standards while still feeling personal and human.
  • Resolving Technical Issues: Assist customers with basic troubleshooting for products, services, or account-related issues, walking them through step-by-step solutions in a clear, patient manner.
  • Documenting and Tracking Information: Accurately enter, update, and retrieve customer data in internal databases, ensuring records are complete, current, and compliant with company standards.
  • Identifying Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: When appropriate, recommend additional products or services that genuinely benefit the customer, helping them get more value from their relationship with the brand.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience in a professional setting (retail, call center, hospitality, or related fields all qualify).
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Quiet Home Workspace: A designated, distraction-free area in your home where you can focus on customer calls without interruptions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills, comfort with PC-based applications, and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Comfortable navigating multiple systems, screens, and conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about new technologies, tools, and customer service best practices.
  • Hardware Requirements: A desktop or laptop computer capable of completing required PC and internet testing. A work computer may be provided depending on position availability and will be discussed further during the recruitment process.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: High-speed wired internet (no wireless hotspots or satellite connections permitted) and a smartphone.
  • U.S. Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications

  • Prior remote work experience in a customer-facing role.
