Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued passengers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance through phone, email, and live chat channels. Working from home, you will handle a wide range of inquiries related to reservations, ticketing, flight information, and travel modifications. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and helpful experience with every interaction.
  • Assist passengers with new reservations, ticketing requests, flight information lookups, baggage inquiries, and general travel-related questions.
  • Process reservation changes efficiently, including rebooking, cancellations, upgrades, and special accommodation requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Provide real-time support during irregular operations, such as flight delays, cancellations, diversions, and weather-related disruptions, helping passengers rebook and adjust travel plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including operations, baggage handling, and loyalty programs to address and resolve customer needs comprehensively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within arenaflex's CRM and reservation systems.
  • Stay current on airline policies, procedures, promotions, and system updates to deliver accurate information and informed recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and quality assurance.
  • Adhere to all compliance, security, and confidentiality standards, particularly when handling sensitive passenger information.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, courteously, and concisely.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
